Shipping and Handling
- Our products are shipped nationwide by traceable courier service.
- You will be provided with a tracking number for each package. Please
note that time in transit for your shipment does not include order processing
time. There is no transit or processing on weekends and holidays.
- Every package we ship is insured for the full value of the enclosed items,
and may require a signature upon receipt.
- Because of the various weight and size combinations in our products, the
shipping charges calculated by our system may differ from the actual
shipping cost.
- We do not ship internationally.
- For security reasons we do not ship to PO boxes.
Processing and Charges
- We stock about 80-90% of the products and all the instock orders are
shipped same or next business day. If any product from your order is not
in stock, you will receive an e-mail notice with the estimated shipping
date.
- You will be notified by e-mail about any changes to your order. Please
note that any forthcoming dates provided in your order status updates are
estimated and not guaranteed.
- We reserve rights to void any order prior to shipping for various reasons,
including but not limited to pricing errors, security considerations,
policies violation, other processing errors or discrepancies.
- For cancelled orders the full amount will be returned back to your credit
card.
- Any additional charges associated with the changes to your order will be
applied only with your explicit permissions.
- Our product prices and shipping costs are subject to change at any time
without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
- You can only cancel your order before the package is shipped.
So, please double check that the items and quantities in your order
are correct before you confirm the purchase.
- You must contact us at
orders@dealerfit.com within 24 hours to cancel your order.
Out of Stock Policy
- If items from your order are out-of-stock, you will receive an email
within 1-2 business days, indicating when the items will be available. After
that you will have the options to wait or cancel your order.
Return Policy
- Returns are only accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
- If you wish to return a purchase, please contact us at

for a Return Authorization Code.
- Unfortunately, we CAN NOT accept returns without original packaging,
or returns of installed, damaged, or used items.
- Customer is responsible for shipping any returned merchandise.
- Every package must be insured for the full value of the enclosed items.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
Shipping Errors or Defective Items
- Please inspect the contents of the package for any shipping errors or
defects before you sign for it. Please do not dispose any packaging until
the completeness of the shipment is verified. Please note, that NO CLAIM
will be accepted without the original packaging in place.
- Any missing, deffective, erroneous or damaged in transit items must be
reported within 24 hours by phone or email. The shipment must be put aside
in its original condition and packaging for possible inspection. All such
items will be taken back by Call Tag service and replaced at no cost to you.
- Although we can not take responsibilities for errors during the transit and
delivery of our products, we will do our best to resolve any related claims
as soon as possible.
